Manufacturing problems at a glance:

The FDA regulates the production of vaccines. In spite of federal regulatory oversight, vaccine manufacturers have a long track record of manufacturing issues that endanger the public’s health.

Why should I be concerned?

  • Excessive levels of toxins and bacteria have been discovered in several vaccines.
  • Vaccine manufacturing operations are often inefficient, and may not produce sufficient quantities of vaccines. Manufacturing plants may change owners frequently and be poorly-managed.
  • Because vaccinations are injected directly into patients’ systems, any manufacturing mistakes have the potential to cause widespread injury and disease.
